Fried Cod Filets

Put the cod fillets with some vegetable oil (here I used canola oil) in a frying pan, for about 5 minutes each side, on moderate/low heat. Make sure the flesh is completely white at the heart for the fish to be well cooked. I used here some frozen cod which I left to thaw in the fridge for one night.
